extunix: Extended functions for OCaml Unix module

Thin bindings to various low-level system APIs (often non-portable) which are not covered by Unix module.

Some of the implemented functions : uname, statvfs, fsync, fadvise, fallocate, openat, dirfd, eventfd, signalfd, setrlimit, mlockall, etc
