I entered a wrong public link to force odb to use the oasis-db tarball. The original tarball is in bunzip2 format which doesn't seem to be handled well by oasis/odb.

Incorrect public link removed - leaving it empty works. odb.ml handles bzip2 format tarballs, apparently oasis-db doesn't. If you like, you can file a bug with oasis-db.
